How to Get Started

Follow these steps to set up the integration between Xola and TourOpp GO:

  • Sign up for TourOpp GO
    • If you don’t have an account yet, head to www.touropp.com and create one. Once you're in, complete the onboarding steps to set up your lead capture preferences and messaging workflows.
  • Connect TourOpp GO in Xola
    • In Xola, go to Settings > Apps.
    • Find TourOpp GO, and click Install.
    • Click Connect.
  • Connect Xola in TourOpp GO
    • In TourOpp GO, navigate to Integrations > Xola.
    • Enter your API credentials (if needed). If you don’t see your credentials, contact support@xola.com.
    • Click Connect.

Once the connection is live, you'll receive a confirmation, and TourOpp GO will begin syncing new leads and booking data from Xola.


How it Works

Once connected, TourOpp GO pulls lead data from Xola and begins engaging with guests automatically. Here’s what happens:

  • When a guest begins but doesn’t complete a reservation (e.g., they abandon their cart or request more info), TourOpp captures that lead info from Xola.

  • Automated messages are triggered via SMS or WhatsApp, based on the workflows you’ve set up in TourOpp (such as follow-up reminders or promotional nudges).

  • If the guest completes their reservation, the lead is marked as converted, and they stop receiving messages.

  • You can track the full lifecycle of the lead - right from inquiry to conversion - within TourOpp.

This automation helps you follow up faster, reduce lost sales, and deliver a better experience for potential guests.
