By integrating TripShock with Xola, you can streamline your distribution strategy and manage all TripShock reservations directly within your Xola dashboard—eliminating manual entry, reducing overbookings, and saving valuable time. This integration ensures that your availability stays in sync, your bookings are centralized, and your team can focus more on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
User Access: Administrator or Curator roles have access to set up TripShock in Xola.
Administrator, Reservationist Lite or Reservationist roles can view and modify TripShock reservations in Xola.
Equipment Manager, Guide Manager or Guide roles can only view TripShock reservations on the Roster.

How to Get Started
- Create a TripShock Account
- If you're not already working with TripShock, sign up here.
- Install the Integration in Xola
- Go to the App Store in Xola.
- Locate the TripShock app and click Install.
- Configure Product Access
- Click Visit Settings Page or go to Settings > Apps > TripShock > Configure.
- Select the products you'd like TripShock to have access to. This allows TripShock to see your availability and prepare for integration.
- Finalize with TripShock
- Once connected, the TripShock team will contact you to confirm setup.
- If needed, they'll place a test reservation so you can see how it appears in Xola.

How it Works

TripShock connects to your selected Xola products to pull real-time availability.

Once the integration is live and products are mapped, bookings made through TripShock will appear automatically in your Xola dashboard.

You manage these reservations in Xola just like any other source, with synced availability across platforms.
Tips for Success

Share Your Experiences Promptly
After installation, make sure your products are properly selected in Settings > Apps > TripShock > Configure. This is required for TripShock to access your availability. -
