The integration between Xola and Tourism Exchange USA (TXUSA) allows you to effortlessly list and sell your experiences through a nationwide marketplace of tourism resellers.

Reservations made through TXUSA automatically sync with your Xola account, ensuring your availability, inventory, and guest details remain accurate and up to date—no double entry required.
This powerful connection is designed to help you expand your reach, drive more bookings, and streamline operations, all from a single system.
User Access: Administrator or Curator roles have access to set up TXUSA in Xola.
Administrator, Reservationist Lite or Reservationist roles can view and modify TXUSA reservations in Xola.
- Equipment Manager, Guide Manager or Guide roles can only view TXUSA reservations on the Roster.

How to Get Started
- Create or log into your TXUSA Supplier Account
- Go to www.tourismexchangeusa.com and register your business as a supplier, or log in if you already have an account.
- Complete your Supplier Profile
- Add your business details, upload content, and list the experiences you want to offer. Be sure to include clear descriptions, high-quality images, and up-to-date pricing.
- Install the Integration in Xola
- Go to the App Store in Xola.
- Locate the Tourism Exchange USA app and click Install.
- Configure Your Experiences
- Click Visit Settings Page or go to Settings > Apps > Tourism Exchange USA > Configure.
- Select the experiences you want Tourism Exchange USA to access. This gives Tourism Exchange USA permission to view the selected experiences' availability.
- Complete the Mapping
- Once your Experiences are selected, reach out to your Tourism Exchange USA Manager to complete the mapping process between your Xola and Tourism Exchange USA accounts.

Your Xola calendar automatically updates on TXUSA, ensuring no double bookings. - Centralized Reservation Management
