How to Get Started

Follow these steps to get your TOMIS + Xola integration up and running:

  • Set up your TOMIS account
    • If you’re new to TOMIS, start by visiting www.tomislabs.com and requesting a demo or signing up. Once you're onboarded, your TOMIS account manager will help set up your marketing dashboard, lead forms, and automation campaigns.
  • Connect TOMIS in Xola
    • In Xola, go to Settings > Apps.
    • Find TOMIS, and click Install.
    • Click Connect.

Once you have connected, contact your TOMIS account manager. The TOMIS team will take care of the integration setup from there and confirm once the sync is live.


How it Works

Here’s what happens once TOMIS is connected to your Xola account:

  • TOMIS pulls booking and lead data from Xola in real-time. This includes guest contact info, booking details, and any leads that abandon the booking process.

  • Marketing automation kicks in - TOMIS can automatically send emails or texts to guests at key moments (like abandoned bookings, pre-arrival reminders, or post-trip review requests).

  • Lead forms on your website are tracked and tied back to Xola activity, giving you a full view of the customer journey - from initial interest to completed booking.
