Easily sync your products, availability, and reservations between Xola and Tourbase to simplify operations and prevent double-bookings.
Xola’s integration with Tourbase provides a seamless connection between the two platforms, allowing you to effortlessly synchronize your products, real-time availability, and customer reservations. User Access: Administrator or Curator roles have access to set up Tourbase in Xola.
Administrator, Reservationist Lite or Reservationist roles can view and modify Tourbase reservations in Xola.
Equipment Manager, Guide Manager or Guide roles can only view Tourbase reservations on the Roster.

How to Get Started
Follow these steps to connect your Xola account with Tourbase:
- Become a Tourbase partner
- Sign up by going to https://tourbase.com/ota/
- Connect Tourbase in Xola
- In Xola, go to Settings > Apps.
- Find Tourbase, and click Install.
- Click Connect.
- To configure which products you would like Tourbase to connect to, navigate to Settings > Apps > Tourbase, and click Configure. Here you can choose which products you want to connect.
Once you have connected, contact your Tourbase onboarding contact or account manager. They’ll configure the connection to begin pushing reservations directly into your Xola account.
How it Works
- Live Inventory Sync
Availability in Xola is shared directly with Tourbase in real time. If a slot sells out or is modified in Xola, Tourbase will reflect those changes immediately. - Reservation Flow
When a customer makes a reservation on Tourbase, the reservation is instantly created in Xola—just like any other direct reservation—with full customer and payment information (if enabled). - Two-Way Updates
Tourbase can pull data from Xola (availability, pricing, etc.), and Xola receives all reservation-related updates made through Tourbase. - Communication
Confirmation emails and guest communications are typically handled by Xola after the reservation is created, but you can configure this based on your preferences.

Keep Your Experiences Up to Date in Xola
Xola is the source of truth for availability and product info. Make all schedule, pricing, or blackout changes directly in Xola. -
Use Consistent Naming
Match experience titles and IDs between Xola and Tourbase to avoid confusion when mapping experiences. -
Monitor Early Reservations
For the first few weeks after integration, monitor reservations closely to ensure everything is syncing properly. -
Stay in Touch with Support
If you make major changes in your Xola account (e.g., new products or changes to pricing structures), let your Tourbase team know so they can review and re-map if needed. -
Review Customer Info in Xola
Since all reservations flow into Xola, use Xola to manage rosters, send emails, and prepare for upcoming tours.
