Single Transaction for Multiple Reservations

Combine Multiple Reservations into a Single Payment

The Single Transaction for Multiple Reservations feature in Xola allows you to process one payment for a customer when multiple experiences or items are added to the checkout. Instead of charging the customer multiple times for separate reservations, this feature conveniently consolidates all charges into one credit card transaction, creating a seamless payment experience.

When you or your customer make a purchase in Xola or through the website checkout, proceed through the checkout process as usual. Near the end, you can click the Add Another Experience button located at the bottom of the checkout page. This action allows you to combine all selected experiences into a single transaction, meaning the credit card provided will be charged only once for the total amount of all experiences added.

This feature is especially useful for customers making multiple reservations or group activities, ensuring both you and your guests enjoy a simpler, faster, and more efficient checkout process.

User Access: Administrator, Reservationist or Reservationist Lite roles have access to make multiple reservations in a single transaction.

Even if multiple experiences are purchased, only one transaction is processed so the transactions report shows a single line item as shown below.

  • You can select this record to view all the transaction details in one screen.
