Rebooking Customers

Effortless Rebooking for Returning Customers

Xola automatically saves customer information, allowing you to quickly and efficiently rebook returning guests without re-entering their details. This not only saves time but also helps create a personalized experience for your repeat customers, as you have access to their previous reservations, preferences, and contact details.

You can easily rebook repeat customers by using the Make a Purchase workflow. Simply search for the customer’s name or email in the Customers tab or the Purchases tab, and Xola will display their history, making the process seamless.

This feature ensures your team can handle returning guests with speed and accuracy, strengthening customer loyalty and improving the overall reservation experience.

User Access: Administrator, Reservationist or Reservationist Lite roles have access to Rebook customers in Xola.

Make a Purchase Workflow Search

  • Make a Purchase as normal.
  • Within the Customer Details section, click the Search Customers button next to the Name field.
  • Search or scroll for the customer name, and click to select. The customer name and any saved credit card information will populate.
  • Process purchase as normal.

The Customers Tab

  • Navigate to Customers > Contacts.
  • Search for the customer by name, email, or phone number.
  • Click the Purchase button at the top right of the customer record page.

Tip: Want to see how many times a customer has reserved with you? Click their name on the Customers tab to view their profile. Here, you will see a record of all past trips reserved by them, as well as their lifetime value to your business. 


The Purchases Tab

Rebooking a Reservation Organizer

  • Navigate to the Purchases tab.
  • Search for the customer by name, email, phone, tag, or booking ID and select their purchase.
  • Click the 34376096974235-1 icon and then select Rebook Organizer.

Rebooking a Split Payment Participant

  • Navigate to the Purchases tab.
  • Search for the customer by name, email, phone, tag, or confirmation ID and select their purchase.
  • Scroll down to the Payers section.
  • Click the 34376096974235-1 icon next to the customer and then select Rebook Customer.
