By integrating Picsaurus with Xola, your reservation data automatically links to guest photos, making it easy to personalize photo delivery and streamline your operations. This connection enhances the guest experience by ensuring they receive the right photos after their trip, while also opening up a valuable post-trip revenue stream with little to no manual effort from your team.
User Access: Administrator roles have access to install Picsaurus in Xola.

How to Get Started
To integrate your Xola account with Picsaurus:
- Create a Picsaurus Account
- If you haven’t already, sign up for a Picsaurus account here.
- Install the Integration in Xola
- In Xola, go to Settings > Apps.
- Find Picsaurus and click Install.
- Click Connect.
- Activate Picsaurus
- After installation, Xola will automatically send a notification to Picsaurus.
- Picsaurus will complete the setup by installing webhooks on their end.
Once both sides are connected, the integration will work automatically for future reservations.
How it Works
Once connected, the integration allows Picsaurus to:

Link reservations to photos: Reservation data from Xola (including customer name, date, and experience details) is matched with photos taken during the activity.

Deliver personalized galleries: After the experience, guests receive an email with a link to their photo gallery, making it easy for them to view and purchase memories from their trip.

Track and automate sales: Picsaurus handles photo storage, delivery, and e-commerce, helping you drive additional revenue from each reservation without managing logistics yourself.
