Connect Xola bookings with the Morty wellness platform

Morty is a curated travel discovery platform that connects adventurers with one-of-a-kind experiences worldwide. By integrating your Xola account with Morty, you can showcase your offerings to a broader audience and receive bookings from new customers. This seamless connection allows you to manage availability, inventory, and guest details directly from your Xola dashboard, ensuring a smooth, hands-off experience for your team and a fast, intuitive booking flow for your guests.

User Access: Administrator or Curator roles have access to set up Morty in Xola.

Administrator, Reservationist Lite or Reservationist roles can view and modify Morty reservations in Xola. 

Equipment Manager, Guide Manager or Guide roles can only view Morty reservations on the Roster.

How to Get Started

Follow these steps to connect your Xola account with Morty:

  • Become a Morty Partner
    • If you’re not already working with Morty, reach out to support@morty.app to get started. Once approved, their team will guide you through onboarding.
  • Connect Morty in Xola
    • In Xola, go to Settings > Apps.
    • Find Morty, and click Install.
    • Click Connect.

To configure which products you would like Morty to access, navigate to Settings > Apps > Morty and click Configure. Here, you can select the products you want to connect.

Once you've connected, contact your Morty onboarding contact or account manager. They'll complete the configuration to begin pushing reservations directly into your Xola account.


How it Works

The Morty + Xola integration is designed to automate the connection between your Xola account and the Morty travel discovery platform, making it easier to manage reservations and availability across both systems.

Once the integration is installed and configured, here’s what to expect:

  • Real-Time Availability Sync: Xola acts as the source of truth for your availability. Any updates you make to schedules, capacities, or blackout dates in Xola are automatically pushed to Morty. This ensures that your products on Morty only display accurate, bookable inventory, helping prevent overbookings and guest disappointment.
  • Product Mapping: During setup, your Morty products are mapped to the corresponding product in Xola. This mapping guarantees that when a customer makes a reservation through Morty, the correct tour, time, and pricing details are applied directly in your Xola account.
  • Automated Reservation Import: When a guest books through Morty, the reservation is instantly created in Xola. These reservations appear in your dashboard just like any other online transaction and include the customer’s contact information, payment status, and Morty as the booking source.
  • Centralized Management in Xola: All day-to-day operations—including check-ins, guest communications, and reporting—continue to be managed in Xola. Morty functions as a powerful distribution channel, while Xola remains your central hub for managing your business.

This integration streamlines your workflow, expands your reach to new audiences, and eliminates the need for manual entry between platforms.


Tips for Success

  • Keep your calendar accurate in Xola: Since Xola powers availability on Morty, be sure your schedules, blackout dates, and capacities are always up to date to avoid reservation conflicts.
  • Align your products: Check that product names, descriptions, pricing, and durations match between Xola and Morty. Consistent, accurate products boost your visibility and conversion rates.
  • Use reports to track performance: Leverage Xola’s built-in reporting tools to track reservations that come through Morty. Understanding performance by channel helps you make smarter decisions about pricing, availability, and promotions.
