Hellotickets helps simplify travel planning by helping customers discover and book memorable activities with ease. With a presence in over 20 countries and platforms localized in 10+ languages, Hellotickets is designed for international travelers who want a seamless, trustworthy, and flexible booking experience.
All reservations made through Hellotickets are automatically pulled into your Xola dashboard, allowing you to manage bookings from one central system. This eliminates manual entry, helps prevent overbookings, and streamlines your operations—so you can focus more on delivering a great guest experience and less on managing third-party sales.
User Access: Administrator or Curator roles have access to set up Hellotickets in Xola.
Administrator, Reservationist Lite or Reservationist roles can view and modify Hellotickets reservations in Xola.
Equipment Manager, Guide Manager or Guide roles can only view Hellotickets reservations on the Roster.

How to Get Started
To connect your Hellotickets and Xola accounts, follow these steps:
Create a Hellotickets Account

Go to hellotickets.com

Click the "My Account" icon at the top right.

Choose to sign up via email, Google, or Apple ID.
Install the Integration in Xola
- Go to the App Store in Xola.
- Locate the Hellotickets app, and click Install.
Configure the Integration Settings
- After installing, click Visit Settings Page or navigate to Settings > Apps > Hellotickets > Configure.
- Select which products you want to make available to Hellotickets.
- Selecting products here allows Hellotickets to view availability but not yet sell them.
Complete Product Mapping with Hellotickets
- Work directly with the Hellotickets API team to map your Xola products to their platform.
- This mapping step is required for Hellotickets to start sending reservations into Xola.
How It Works

Travelers book tickets through Hellotickets website.

Hellotickets pulls live availability from the Xola products you’ve selected during configuration.

Once your listings are mapped by the Hellotickets API team, reservations made through Hellotickets will be pushed automatically into your Xola dashboard.

Xola manages the availability and confirms the reservation in real time, keeping your calendar up to date.
Tips for Success
- Select Only Relevant Products
Only select the products you want to appear on Hellotickets. You can update this at any time in your Xola settings. - Work Closely with the Hellotickets API Team
Mapping is not automatic - make sure to coordinate with your Hellotickets representative to complete this step accurately. - Check Availability Settings in Xola
Ensure your schedules, cutoff times, and availability rules are accurate, as Hellotickets will reflect what’s configured in Xola. -
Monitor Reservations
Once integrated, Hellotickets reservations will flow into your dashboard just like any other channel, so be sure to review your calendar for any updates or changes.
