Ticket Printing

Xola allows you to print physical tickets with information about the reservation, such as date and time, your company's branding, and information about the experience.

Xola works with the printing company Stimare to customize the ticket to fit your business and experience information. To purchase the Stimare CLS 300 printer, you need to visit this website, but please wait to purchase anything after you talk with someone at Xola.

To fully set up ticket printing, assistance from a Customer Success Manager at Xola working directly with Stimare is required.

To begin the setup process, follow the steps below:

  • Locate Ticketing in the Xola App Store and select it.
  • Click REQUEST ACCESS and click through the pop-up modal.
  • Once this is complete, you will await a Xola Customer Success Manager to contact you, begin communications with Stimare, and continue the setup process.
