XolaBot's Resume Booking feature increases your websites conversion rates and revenue from purchases. It does this by re-engaging customers who have opened a checkout window and exited without making a purchase. When a customer exits a checkout, the following bot will show up.

Getting started with XolaBot Resume Booking
- Navigate to the Xola App Store.
- Locate XolaBot Resume Booking and select the App Store tile.
- Click the green Install button
- That's it! XolaBot Resume Booking is now set up and ready to go. No configuration is needed!
How it works on your website
If your customer opens up the checkout window and does not complete the checkout, XolaBot will pop back up after three seconds and ask your customer if they would like to complete their checkout.
- When a customer selects RESUME BOOKING they will be brought back to where they left off at checkout.
- When a traveler selects NO, the notification will go away.
- If you have the Abandoned Reservation Recovery feature enabled, Resume Booking will integrate seamlessly. That means if a purchase is recovered from the rescue email or resume booking chat, it will communicate with the other. For example, if a customer goes back to the checkout by selecting the RESUME BOOKING button and makes a purchase, they will not receive an Abandoned Reservation email.
Note: Some website platforms (CMS) limit external Javascript and this may mean you cannot use XolaBot. i.e. GoDaddy's free website builder.
