Xola allows you to sell individual experiences as gifts and custom dollar amounts. The emails below are the communications that will go out on your behalf. Should the purchaser choose to send this email themselves, they will receive the same email.

Custom dollar amount gift certificate - Recipient Email
A gift certificate for the recipient of a custom dollar amount gift certificate:
Subject Line: [Name of sender] sent you a Gift Certificate to [Company Name]
- The Gift Code located under the gift icon in yellow is used like a coupon code.
- At checkout, the customer clicks Have a code? to apply the gift certificate. As long as it meets the specified criteria, the code will apply.
- Instructions on how to use the gift code are included at the bottom of the email.
Experience-specific gift certificate - Recipient Email
The email below is a gift certificate for the recipient of an experience-specific gift certificate:
Subject Line: [Name of Sender] sent you a Gift Certificate to [Company Name]
- The Gift Code located under the yellow gift icon is used like a coupon code.
- The gift certificate specifies that the customer can use the money towards the Sky High City Views- Helicopter tour. In your Gift Preferences, you can specify whether or not customers can use a product-specific gift towards one experience or all of your offerings.
- Instructions on how to use the gift code are included at the bottom of the email.
- At checkout, the customer clicks Have a code? to apply the gift certificate. As long as it meets the specified criteria, the code will apply.
