Reservation Management

Congratulations! Your first reservation has been made! If you should ever need to modify a reservation, Xola makes this a swift and easy process! In just a few clicks, you can change the date and/or time of your customer's experience, modify the number of guests reserved, or do many other things. Let's take a look at the different ways we can view a reservation and some of the actions we can take to modify it.

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard
  2. Select the date the reservation was made for in the top left-hand corner.
  3. Select the time slot you reserved for your experience. You will now see a Roster appear.
  4. Within this roster view you can check people in when they arrive, communicate with your customers, and modify reservations.
  5. You can also view all reservations from the Purchases tab.
