Congratulations! Your first reservation has been made! If you should ever need to modify a reservation, Xola makes this a swift and easy process! In just a few clicks, you can change the date and/or time of your customer's experience, modify the number of guests reserved, or do many other things. Let's take a look at the different ways we can view a reservation and some of the actions we can take to modify it.
- Navigate to the Dashboard
- Select the date the reservation was made for in the top left-hand corner.
- Select the time slot you reserved for your experience. You will now see a Roster appear.
- Within this roster view you can check people in when they arrive, communicate with your customers, and modify reservations.
- You can also view all reservations from the Purchases tab.
