How to Access the Report

Use the filters at the top of the report to narrow down your view:
- Purchase Date: Select a date range using the date picker. Xola will show all transactions recorded within that period.
- Assist Type: See how specific Xolabots are performing. Use the dropdown to filter the report and view the number of transactions and revenue generated by each type.
- Here are the different Assist Types:
- Automation Engine: To see this, you must have automation set up by Xola. Contact support for more details.
- Lightning Deals: Xolabot's Lightning Deals automatically offer last-minute promotions on your website to boost conversions and revenue.
- Private Reservations: Xola’s Make it Private feature encourages customers to upgrade from a public experience to a private one during checkout, helping you increase booking value.
- Resume Booking: XolaBot’s Resume Booking feature boosts conversion rates and revenue by re-engaging customers who abandon checkout, prompting them to complete their purchase when they return to your site.
- Upsell Add-ons: XolaBot’s Upsell Add-Ons feature increases revenue by suggesting popular add-ons to guests during checkout, encouraging them to enhance their purchase.
- Upsell Package: XolaBot’s Upsell Packages feature boosts average order value by encouraging guests to upgrade from single-item purchases to higher-value package deals during checkout.
What You’ll See in the Table
At the top of the report, you'll find a high-level overview of revenue generated by each Xolabot feature during the selected date range. These totals give you a quick snapshot of which bots are driving the most revenue.
Under that, you will see a breakdown of each transaction that makes up the totals above, with the following columns:
- Item: The experiences purchased by the customer
- Date: The purchase date of the experience
- Assist: Which Xolabot was accessed
- Generated Revenue: Revenue attributed to that specific Xolabot assist
Note: You can export the Xolabot Earnings Report as a CSV or Excel file. The export will include all Xolabot-related reservations within your selected date range. Click on the Export Transactions button above the table.
