How to Get Started
Become a Virgin Experience Gifts Experience Partner
- If you’re not already a VEG Experience Partner, visit https://www.virginexperiencegifts.com/partnership-inquiry and fill out the Experience Partner inquiry form. Once approved, you’ll work with the VEG onboarding team to list your experiences.
Install the Integration in Xola
- Go to the App Store in Xola.
- Locate the Virgin Experience Gifts app and click Install.
Configure Your Experiences
- Click Visit Settings Page or go to Settings > Apps > Virgin Experience Gifts > Configure.
- Select the experiences you want Virgin Experience Gifts to access. This gives Virgin Experience Gifts permission to view the selected experiences' availability.
Complete the Mapping
- Once enabled, Virgin Experience Gifts will contact Xola's integrations team to finalize the mapping between your products and their system.

Customers receive your usual Xola confirmation emails and pre-arrival reminders, just like a standard reservation. -

VEG reservations show up in Xola reporting, making it easy to track performance by channel.
