How to Get Started

To integrate your Xola account with PicThrive:

  • Create a PicThrive Account
    • If you haven’t already, sign up for a PicThrive account here.
  • Install the Integration in Xola
    • In Xola, go to Settings > Apps.
    • Find PicThrive, and click Install.
    • Click Connect.
  • Activate PicThrive
    • After installation, Xola will automatically send a notification to PicThrive.
    • PicThrive will complete the setup by installing webhooks on their end.

Once both sides are connected, the integration will work automatically for future reservations.


How it Works

Here’s what the integration enables:

  • Photos/Videos Are Captured During the Experience
    Your team takes photos or videos during the activity as usual.

  • Onsite Purchase Option
    Guests can purchase their photos while still on location.

  • Smart Follow-Up
    If a guest does not purchase onsite, PicThrive detects this.

  • Automated Post-Trip Email
    PicThrive emails the guests 24 hours after the trip, giving them an opportunity to view and buy their photos online.

This automated follow-up assists you in capturing additional revenue after the guest has departed your location, without requiring any extra manual effort.
