How to Get Started

Create a Partner Account with Klook

  • If you're not already a Klook partner, visit Klook’s Partner Page to sign up.
  • Once your partner account is active, reach out to your Klook account manager or Klook Partner Support to request integration with Xola. 

Set Up Required Ticketing Settings in Xola

To be eligible for listing on Klook, each product must:

  • Have QR code ticketing enabled in Xola
  • Turn on exactly one ticket per guest
    • Go to Products>Experinces> Edit> Tickets
    • Toggle on Enable QR Code tickets for this experience
    • Turn on One ticket per guest
  • Use per-person pricing (Klook does not support per-event or group pricing).
    • If your product is Per Event pricing, Klook will not connect with that Product. 

Enable the Klook App in Xola

After approval, log in to your Xola account

  • Go to Settings > Apps.
  • Find Klook and click Install.
  • Click Connect.
  • To configure which products you want Klook to connect to, navigate to Settings > Apps > Klook and click Configure. Here you can choose which products you want to connect.

Once you have connected, contact your Klook account manager. They'll configure the connection to begin pushing reservations directly into your Xola account.

How It Works

Once your integration is active:

  • Your Xola schedule is synced in real-time to Klook, so customers can only reserve times that are truly available.

  • There’s no need for manual entry; Klook reservations show up in your Xola dashboard just like any other online reservations. 

  • This allows for easy scanning and check-in on-site using Xola’s built-in tools.

  • Klook only supports listings that:

    • Use per-person pricing

    • Include 1 ticket per guest

    • Have QR code ticketing enabled

    • Products not meeting these criteria will not be displayed on Klook or made available for purchase.

Tips for Success

  • Keep your Xola schedule accurate: Your Klook listings are only as good as your Xola calendar. Update your schedules and blackout dates regularly.

  • Track performance in Xola: Use Xola’s reporting tools to monitor Klook's performance as a sales channel.

  • Stay aligned with Klook’s requirements: Double-check your ticketing and pricing structure before submitting new products to avoid listing delays.
