Sync bookings & availability with Adrenaline

The integration between Adrenaline and Xola enables you to streamline channel management, sync availability, and centralize all bookings in one place. By connecting these two systems, you eliminate the need for manual entry and reduce the risk of overbookings, all while saving valuable time.

Bookings made on the Adrenaline platform flow directly into Xola, keeping your calendar accurate and your operations efficient. This real-time connection ensures that your inventory, guest information, and reservation data stay in perfect sync—giving you greater control and visibility over your business.

Whether you’re expanding your distribution or managing multiple booking sources, this integration helps you stay organized and focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

User Access: Administrator or Curator roles have access to set up Adrenaline in Xola.

Administrator, Reservationist Lite or Reservationist roles can view and modify Adrenaline reservations in Xola. 

Equipment Manager, Guide Manager or Guide roles can only view Adrenaline reservations on the Roster.

How to Get Started

  • Reach Out to Adrenaline
    • Contact Adrenaline’s support or account team to request a connection with your Xola account. If you're not yet listed on Adrenaline, visit adrenaline.com/partner/ to learn how to become a supplier.
  • Connect Adrenaline in Xola
    • In Xola, go to Settings > Apps.
    • Find Adrenaline, and click Install.
    • Click Connect.
  • Set Up Products and Mapping
    • To configure which products you would like Adrenaline to connect to, navigate to Settings > Apps > Adrenaline, and click Configure. Here you can choose which products you want to connect.
    • Once you have connected, contact your Adrenaline onboarding contact or account manager. Adrenaline will work with you to map your Xola listings to their platform. This includes:
      • Matching experience names and descriptions
      • Aligning pricing, durations, and policies
      • Confirming availability sync preferences
  • Integration Testing and Go-Live
    • Once set up, the Adrenaline onboarding teams will run tests to ensure availability syncs properly and test reservations flow into Xola. After that, the integration goes live!

How it Works

Here’s what the integration does behind the scenes:

  • Xola sends your live availability to Adrenaline, so customers only book what’s truly open.

  • When someone books on Adrenaline, the booking is automatically pushed into Xola - no manual entry needed.

  • You manage everything (inventory, schedules, communications) from within Xola, even though bookings may originate on Adrenaline.

  • Guest information, payment data (when applicable), and experience details are sent along with the booking.


Tips for Success

  • Make sure your experience titles, descriptions, and pricing in Xola match what you want to show on Adrenaline. Clean data = smoother sync.

  • If you’re using blackout dates in Xola, they will reflect on Adrenaline. Plan your calendar accordingly to avoid mismatches.

  • Always test at least one reservation to make sure the guest info, timing, and payment are recorded correctly in Xola.

  • If you update an experience or change your pricing in Xola, notify Adrenaline so they can ensure their listing stays aligned.
