Tiqets helps travelers discover and book last-minute mobile tickets for top museums and attractions around the world. By integrating with Xola, you can seamlessly sync your product availability and manage reservations made through Tiqets directly in your Xola dashboard.

How to Get Started

Create a Tiqets Account

If you’re not already working with Tiqets, sign up here.

Install the Integration in Xola

  • Go to the App Store in Xola.
  • Locate the Tiqets app and click Install.

Configure the Integration Settings

    • After installing, click Visit Settings Page or navigate to  Settings > Apps >  Tiqets > Configure.

    • Select which products you want to make available to Tiqets.

    • Selecting products here allows Tiqets to view availability, but not yet sell them.

Complete Product Mapping with Tiqets

    • Work directly with the Tiqets API team to map your Xola products to their platform.

    • This mapping step is required for Tiqets to start sending reservations into Xola.

How It Works

  • Travelers book tickets through Tiqets’ website or mobile app.

  • Tiqets pulls live availability from the Xola products you’ve selected during configuration.

  • Once your listings are mapped by the Tiqets API team, reservations made through Tiqets will be pushed automatically into your Xola dashboard.

  • Xola manages the availability and confirms the reservation in real time, keeping your calendar up to date.

Tips for Success

  • Select Only Relevant Products
    Only select the products you want to appear on Tiqets. You can update this at any time in your Xola settings.

  • Work Closely with the Tiqets API Team
    Mapping is not automatic—make sure to coordinate with your Tiqets representative to complete this step accurately.

  • Check Availability Settings in Xola
    Ensure your schedules, cutoff times, and availability rules are accurate, as Tiqets will reflect what’s configured in Xola.

  • Monitor Reservations
    Once integrated, Tiqets reservations will flow into your dashboard just like any other channel, so be sure to review your calendar for any updates or changes.
