How to Get Started

Create a Wendyourway Account

If you’re not yet using Wendyourway, you can sign up here.

Install the Integration in Xola

  • Go to the App Store in Xola.
  • Locate the Wendyourway app and click Install.

Configure Product Access

    • Click Visit Settings Page or go to  Settings > Apps >  Wendyourway > Configure.

    • Select the products you want to make available to Wendyourway. This allows them to access your real-time availability.

Complete the Mapping

    • Once you’ve selected your products, the Wendyourway API team will assist with mapping your Xola experiences to their platform to ensure accurate syncing.

How It Works

  • Once integrated, Wendyourway can display your selected Xola experiences through its white-label platform, embedded on branded partner sites.

  • Guests can browse and book experiences directly through these branded portals.

  • All reservations made through Wendyourway are automatically synced to your Xola dashboard in real time.

Tips for Success

  • Select the Right Products
    Be sure to configure which of your experiences should be available to Wendyourway from the  Settings > Apps > Wendyourway > Configure page.

  • Work with Wendyourway’s API Team
    After setup in Xola, your mapping process continues with Wendyourway’s API team. Ensure communication is open to avoid delays in going live.

  • Keep Availability Up-to-Date in Xola
    Xola acts as the source of truth for availability, so keeping your schedules updated ensures Wendyourway always has the latest inventory to sell.
