When you integrate **Escape Kit with Xola**, you unlock a seamless connection that streamlines the **guest check-in process**, keeps your **guest data synchronized**, and enhances the overall **customer experience** from reservation to post-experience engagement. If you need help reach out to [contact@escapekit.co](mailto:contact@escapekit.co). - **Connect your Escape Kit and Xola accounts** - To connect the Escape Kit with your Xola account, complete the following steps: - Locate the **Escape Kit** in the [Xola App Store](https://seller.xola.app/apps/), and select it. - Click **Install**, and agree to the Terms of Service. - On the next page, you will need to enter your Escape Kit API key. - Click **Continu****e**. - Once this has been done, you can access your digital waiver settings via **[Customers \> Digital Waivers](https://seller.xola.app/customers/digitalWaivers)**,click on the **![36497010275611](https://support.xola.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported%20sitepage%20images/36497010275611.png?width=161&height=30&name=36497010275611.png)**button, and select all the Products you would like guests to receive Escape Kit waivers. - Click **Save**, and your guests can receive links to these Waivers via their confirmation emails.  --- ### How it Works Once the Xola + Escape Kit integration is active: - A **link to the Escape Kit waiver** is automatically included in the reservation confirmation email sent from Xola. - Guests are encouraged to complete their waiver **before their experience**, helping to streamline check-in. - **Completed waivers** are visible in both your Xola and Escape Kit accounts, giving you easy access to important guest data. - You can monitor waiver completion and booking status using the **Search Bookings** tab in your Escape Kit dashboard and in your [Xola Roster](https://support.xola.com/xola-roster?hsLang=en). - Once a guest completes the waiver, their signed waiver appears [directly in Xola, attached to their reservation](https://support.xola.com/purchases-tab?hsLang=en). - Escape Kit’s tools continue the experience **after the game** by helping you deliver post-game photos and personalized messages to increase reviews, social shares, and repeat visits. --- ### Tips for Success - **Regularly update your waiver content: **Keep your waiver forms current with any policy or legal changes to stay compliant and protect your business. - **Monitor waiver completion rates: **Use the integration reports to track which guests complete waivers and send gentle reminders to those who haven’t. - **Turn on waiver reminder emails in Xola: **Enable Xola’s waiver reminder emails to automatically prompt guests who haven’t completed their waivers before arrival - helping reduce check-in wait times.
